ACLJ Intervenes In ACLU Vs. NSA

The ACLJ filed an amicus brief with a federal appeals court supporting the federal government's request to overturn a lower court decision that declared a key terrorism surveillance program of the National Security Agency (NSA) unconstitutional. They make quite a well put together argument. Please share with your readers.

The brief argues that the courts should not be involved in this aspect of the war: "Since hostilities began, United States agencies and armed forces have been seeking to identify, capture, or kill members of the al-Qaeda terrorist organization and their supporters," the brief argues. "How to do so involves political decisions which implicate both the national security and foreign policies of the United States, execution of which rightly resides in the political branches. The Judiciary is ill-equipped to determine the possible impact of such decisions on the wartime foreign and national security policies of the Nation and should be wary of entering the realm of discretionary decision-making reserved to the President. The district court in this case failed to respect the enumerated and inherent powers of a coordinate branch of government and thereby unconstitutionally violated separation of powers." Newsweak Poll Is Good News For Republicans

In two weeks Democrats have lost a 7 point advantage on the war on terror and a 9 point advantage on immigration. The message is getting out and we are in the final two week stretch!!! Plus this is based on a sample that is not weighted to reflect the most likely turn out.

Wow! The ACLU has become quite divided. The NY Times reports: about a new website supposed to rebut the accusations of the savetheaclu.org website that has put up many serious accusations against the ACLU. The charges include failure to disclose and comply with a legal decree, secret approvals of agreements limiting speech and association in order to obtain funding, cover-ups, silencing dissent on the ACLU board, data mining practices targeting donors and members, and silencing and spying on the ACLU Staff to the point of requiring them to acknowledge that they were subject to monitoring of all emails; explicitly violating the ACLU's own policy on privacy in the workplace. The ACLU will sue to stop voluntary prayer by the military and it will sue, demanding the military support Muslim religious practices by terrorist detainees.

Sinclair Broadcast Group commentator Mark Hyman referred to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) as "the Anti-American Criminal Liberties Union" on the September 13 edition of "The Point."

The American Criminal Liberties Union fancies itself as the protector of individual rights. The reality is the ACLU is a bunch of ambulance chasers with an extremist agenda.

Hyman has previously attacked the ACLU; for example, on the March 31 edition of "The Point," Hyman claimed: "Not unlike the Communist Chinese, the ACLU abhors individual religious freedom, and it supports only those civil liberties that fit its narrow political agenda."

Stay of Soledad cross removal extended

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy ordered Friday that his temporary stay protecting the Mount Soledad cross extend until state and federal courts can hear the city of San Diego's appeal this fall. (Click here to read the order.)

In blocking a federal judge's order that the city remove the cross by Aug. 1 or face a daily fine of $5,000, Kennedy also indicated that the full court may want to review the controversial case.

Kennedy said the court, which refused three years ago to get involved in the dispute, may consider it because of two new factors favorable to cross proponents. He cited legislation to make the area a national veterans memorial and a successful ballot initiative in which San Diegans overwhelmingly voted to transfer the land to the federal government.

The move is a big boost for cross supporters and the city, which wants to preserve the La Jolla landmark. The cross is part of a memorial to war veterans, but has been ruled an unconstitutional preference for religion. "It's phenomenal news," said Phil Thalheimer, leader of a pro-cross group that is trying to get the federal government to gain control of the land. "We're winning big."

James McElroy, the lawyer for Vietnam war veteran and atheist Phillip Paulson who sued in 1989 to remove the cross, said he was surprised and disappointed at the ruling. "I certainly understand the court's logic, but I disagree with it," he said. In May U.S. District Judge Gordon Thompson Jr. gave the city until Aug. 1 to take down the cross or face the daily fine. Thompson, a San Diego federal judge, ruled in 1991 that the cross violated the state constitution's ban on government showing any preference for a religion.

The city appealed the deadline order, seeking to block it while its appeals in two courts proceeded. On Monday Kennedy issued a temporary order that froze action until he ruled again.

That ruling came late Friday afternoon. Kennedy issued a four-page opinion outlining his decision, an unusual step in such instances.

In it, he noted that there are two appeals pending one in federal court, and a second in state courts that could decide the fate of the cross.

Given that, as well as a congressional proposal to designate the cross a national war memorial, Kennedy said it was best to delay any move to take down the cross.

He wrote that in balancing all the arguments "the equities here support preserving the status quo while the city's appeal proceeds." He also said it was likely that four justices on the high court would be willing to review the case if the federal appeals court upholds Thompson's order. That bolstered Thalheimer. "It's a strong indicator that no matter how the Ninth rules, the Supreme Court will take this case," he said.

Cross supporters believe they have a very good chance of winning if the case gets to the high court.

Kennedy also left the door open to perhaps dissolving the stay later, writing that "if circumstances change significantly, the parties may apply to this court for reconsideration."

McElroy said he interpreted that to mean that if he wins in the appeals courts Kennedy would be willing to lift his order blocking removal.

The city has an October hearing in the federal appeals court to argue that Thompson abused his discretion when he issued his order in May to remove the cross. The state court appeal focuses on Proposition A, passed last fall by 76 percent of the voters. It would hand the land over to the federal government, meaning the cross would no longer violate the state constitution.

But Superior Court Judge Patricia Yim Cowett ruled that the measure violated the state constitution because it showed a preference for religion, and amounted to aiding a religion. The state appeals court in San Diego has placed that appeal on a fast track, meaning the case will likely be heard in the next couple of months.

For them to pray is clearly an establishment of religion, and we must nip this in the bud immediately."

When asked about the ACLU's charges, Colonel Jack Fessender, speaking for the Commandant of the Marine Corps said (cleaned up a bit), "Screw the ACLU." GOD Bless Our Warriors, Send the ACLU to France.

When some claim that President Bush shouldn't have started this war, state the following:

f. Clinton went to war in Bosnia without UN or French consent. Bosnia never attacked us. He was offered Osama bin Laden's head on a platter three times by Sudan and did nothing. Osama has attacked us on multiple occasions.

The Democrats are complainingabout how long the war is taking. But ..It took less time to take Iraq than it took JanetReno to take the Branch Davidian compound. That was a 51-day operation.

We've been looking for evidence for chemical weapons in Iraq for less time than it took Hillary Clinton to find the Rose Law Firm billing records.

Pornography - The Heart of Sexual Perversion

Today, the words “virtue” and “morality” brings condemnation and charges of being “old-fashioned" from those intent on destroying America's moral fiber. Why has our society gone from the "plain brown wrapper" to "live and in living color" right in our living rooms - all for the cause of secularist's sexual perversion?

Well, because what once was considered "taboo behavior" is now accepted and encouraged by a minority of anti-Americans. The motive, as always is MONEY as well as a much more sinister motive - to destroy the American culture as we have known it to be since it's inception. What better way to accomplish this than to molest the minds of children and young people with pornography? Sexual perversion is "freedom of speech" say the secularists and non-Christian activists and those selling the trash. Of course they don't use the word perversion - they promote it as FREEDOM and CIVIL RIGHTS.

Pornography is at the heart of sexual perversion. It takes a strong person to ignore the temptations of sex, pornography and seeking to satisfy the curiosity of perverted unknowns. Widely accepted and encouraged behavior such as this leads to low self esteem, drugs, alcoholism, aids and other venereal diseases, unwanted pregnancies and the murder of human beings through abortions - 1,500.000 every 365 days in America and of course suicide and death in many other horrible ways. Why would any society WANT this for their citizens?

Control, money and power over the masses.

The far left, secularists, communists, atheists, and special interest groups (NAMBLA, ACLU, FEMINISTS, PLANNED PARENTHOOD, etc.) are pushing hard for the US Supreme Court to take away what rights parents have regarding their children. They need this to happen for their agenda to work. Today, the Supreme Court hears oral arguments in a case that will determine whether parents can be notified when their children are having an abortion. I never thought I'd see the day when the government's henchmen and women (vile special interest groups) would force such atrocities upon American society.

If the Court overturns this parental consent law, it will undermine the rights of parents and further establish abortion as an unimpeachable constitutional right. With that, the enemy of the unborn will have won. Pornography will flourish. Colleges, schools and any other government run entity will abound in sexual perversions and history books will be changed to reflect how wrong decency was and glorify perversion - all in the name of "freedom of speech - which is a cop out for the old 60's movement mantra - if it feels good, do it. The agenda of this communist enemy is to steal the minds of our children, remove our God and take over our society - for the profit of secularists, atheists and those individuals intent on destroying America.

Until the Christian majority lets their collective voices be heard in the halls of congress the above perversion will remain and grow as the law of the land. Why aren't the 85% who profess to be Christians letting their demands be heard? What is needed? A revolution perhaps? Just because the enemy of America is mostly lawyers and anti-American protestors doesn't mean the Christian majority can't fight and win this battle. Be an activist for Christian rights. Call your politicians at every level. Vote OUT those who are against American values and Christian morals. Don't let the enemy of America win hands down - ACT.

Oh, and don't forget to display Christmas trees, nativity sets and sing Christmas carols day and night. Involve your children in wholesome activities and watch where they go and who they pal around with - day and night! Take away the dirty movies, CDs, videos and tell them WHY. Of course, I would expect any parent who values their child's mind has already taken them out of public schools to home teach them. Children ARE NOT learning what we did even 10 years ago. Sex, politically correct crap and revisionist history is what they are getting plus how to get an abortion, how to be gay or lesbian, how to keep things from parents and what rotten guys America's founding fathers were.

Wake up America. The end is near if we don't stop the enemy now. If you doubt what I say, look around, spend a day in the halls of your child's school or college - IF you're allowed. Go to the local mall and watch them. Listen to your kids music, check his email and the sites visited. You may want to get rid of that computer, TV and have a time for them to be in the house at night. Check for drugs, alcohol, pornography in their rooms, dorms, lockers, backpacks. Or, just listen to the secularists, atheists, planned parenthood, ACLU and others. Yes, it's easier on you to do that. But know this - your child IS being molested, mentally and who knows, maybe even physically and they don't even know it's wrong as they are taught it's ok. In a Texas classroom, children were told to draw a tracing of their foot, and then put a message on the drawing. One little girl wrote "Jesus Loves Me" on hers. What happened next shows the abysmal state of religious tolerance in America.

As Fox news anchor John Gibson relates in his new book, The War on Christmas, the child's teacher ripped the tracing off the board. "Don't you ever do this again," she said. The little girl burst into tears.

When her outraged father called the school, nervous officials told the child to make another tracing. She did so—but this time, instead of scrawling "Jesus Loves Me," she drew a tiny cross that was so small it was almost invisible.

Behind nearly every such incident you will find the ACLU. According to the New York Times, Peter Lewis, chairman of Progressive Insurance, believes in the mission and work of the ACLU so much that he gave them $8.5 million.

Chairman Lewis' gift helps the ACLU promote their anti-Christmas agenda such as:

Removing nativity scenes from public property
Banning songs such as Silent Night from schools
Refusing to allow students to write about the Christian aspect of Christmas in school projects
Renaming Christmas break Winter break
Refusing to allow a city sponsored Christmas parade to be called a Christmas parade
Not allowing a Christmas tree in a public school
Renaming a Christmas tree displayed on public property a Holiday tree

In addition to their war on Christmas, the ACLU uses gifts like that from Chairman Lewis to:

Sue states to force them to legalize homosexual marriage
Force libraries to remove porn filters from their computers
Sue the Boy Scouts to force them to accept homosexuals as scout leaders
Help legalize child pornography
Legalize live sex acts in bars in Oregon
Protect the North American Man Boy Love Association whose motto is "sex by eight or it is too late"
Censor student led prayer at graduation
Remove "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance
Remove "In God We Trust" on our currency

ACLU Jihad In America

It's coming down to the wire folks. The word is getting out. Just how much longer can the ACLU go against the majority of Americans in different states by getting leftist judges to overturn the people's voice? How much longer will the hate filled speeches of the ACLU influence courts? How much longer will Christians and tax payers pay extortion money to the ACLU when courts overturn the people's voice? How is this cancer going to stopped? When and by whom?

Web sites like this one are giving the plain and true facts. People are talking and calling congressmen/women and the people are angry about the ACLU and its treason against America. Offices full of ACLU lawyers gorge every city in America. George Soros and other communists finance them. Judges cower to their demands as do politicians, city and state government and corporations as well as ordinary citizens for fear of ACLU lawsuits. When will the ACLU be stopped and done away with?

WHEN WE, THE PEOPLE DEMAND THEY BE REMOVED FROM OUR SOCIETY!

TORT TAX - WEALTH CHANGING HANDS

It is clear who benefits from the "tort tax," but who pays it? You do, of course, even when compensatory and punitive damages comport with the degree of negligence.

Direct costs from such awards amount to more than $200 billion a year now and are growing at a much faster annual pace than the economy. These awards, combined with the enormous costs of insuring against such suits and awards, are paid by consumers through increased product and service costs. Put another way, the 2005 Current Population Survey lists median household income at just under $50,000; direct and indirect tort tax are estimated to cost each household more than $4,000 annually.

Clearly, lawyers are the big winners, and consumers are the big losers. The tort tax goes well beyond the increased costs of goods and services.

There's more. The tort tax you're paying goes well beyond the increased costs of goods and services. A growing share of your state and federal taxes is also usurped to compensate lawyers. For example, when the ACLU sues local, state and federal entities and prevails, those entities pay all the ACLU's fees. In other words, the ACLU is largely a taxpayer-funded organization.

Worse, consider this case, paid for in its entirety by taxpayers.

Daniel LaPlante was convicted of a triple murder. He broke into a home in Townsend, Massachusetts, raped and executed a pregnant mother, then drowned her seven-year-old daughter and five-year-old son in bathrooms adjoining their bedrooms.

According to Superior Court judge Robert Barton, who presided over LaPlante's case: "Of the 150 murder cases I heard, his is one of only five that I would personally have no problem pulling the switch on the electric chair myself. He was incorrigible, he would never be rehabbed, and we'd be wasting our money feeding and clothing him."

A few years after his conviction, LaPlante was concerned for his safety in the prison yard (even in the pen, they don't tolerate sociopaths like him) and was placed under lockdown (at enormous expense). Soon thereafter, he complained that the pornography he received by mail was being withheld. LaPlante's case was argued pro bono by the elite Boston law firm Palmer & Dodge. (Law firms, it should be noted, are expected to complete a certain amount of pro bono work to remain in good standing with the bar—though this hardly excuses the sickeningly poor judgment of this particular firm.) Palmer & Dodge thus argued before U.S. District Court judge Nancy Gertner that LaPlante's civil rights were being violated.

Attorney General Thomas Reilly, who originally prosecuted LaPlante, said, "To be worried about his civil rights? The victims had no civil rights. He executed them." But Gertner agreed and ordered that LaPlante should receive his pornography.

Palmer & Dodge then decided that they had too much time in the case to do it for free, so they submitted a bill for $125,000. Judge Gertner approved $99,981. In summary, according to the Boston Globe's Brian McGrory, "LaPlante gets top-shelf legal representation [and his pornography]. Palmer & Dodge gets another hundred grand. And as too often happens, taxpayers get nothing more than the bill."

So what about tort reform?

Conservative presidents have campaigned on promises of "tort reform" for generations but have had little success delivering on those promises. Why? Well, because Congress is controlled by lawyers. That fact alone goes a long way toward explaining our national government's bloated bureaucracy and legalistic paralysis. It also explains why President Bush's tort-reform measures have fallen flat.

Recently, President Bush has taken some well-deserved heat about the number of lawyers he has appointed to senior government positions—notably Michael Brown at FEMA and Michael Chertoff at DHS—both of whom have managed to mire their respective agencies in the mud of bureaucratic legalities. Perhaps the best advice for Mr. Bush, and the nation (with apologies to our colleagues at the Federalist Society), comes from William Shakespeare's Henry VI, when Cade's straight man Dick suggests, after the revolution, "The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers."

ARE YOU GOOD OR EVIL?

It IS so simple...

I have said many times - there are two forces that guide the universe. GOOD or EVIL. There are different levels of both forces. If you don't agree with this, don't bother reading the rest of this opinion...

Logic dictates and it is widely accepted, that -

God is GOOD.
Satan is EVIL.

So, if one doesn't believe in God, that person must be some level of Evil. Not politically correct to say but none the less true.

That being true, let's look at an example of cause and effect...

In our schools children are forced to learn EVIL?

WHAT? you whisper, say or scream...

God is not allowed in schools by the dictates of the ACLU (who are the pimps of the NWO), atheists, socialists, communists and a lot of ignorant troublemakers who LOVE THE DRAMA (for whatever reason).

Evil IS forced to be taught in our schools because the ACLU demands that it be taught - and ONLY Evil. If a school desires to teach the age old concept of Creation or "Intelligent Design" as it is now being called to steer away from the GOOD word, God, the ACLU sues. So, logic dictates that the ACLU IS EVIL.

Now, since many of the Congress members are card carrying members of the ACLU, that means that they are Evil also. Ginsberg carries the ACLU card and she advocates sex begin at 12 and that girls should get abortions anytime they please, which are again, the teachings and beliefs of Evil - well, come on now, they are NOT teachings of a GOOD, God!

So, am I condemning Evil? Not right now. I am saying that since there are only two forces in the universe, GOOD or EVIL, every human being falls under one or the other to some degree. This is a fact. Those who don't understand this fact are foolish, ignorant or troublemakers who thrive on the drama of discontent and practice illogical reasoning.

The ACLU will sue my state of Montana if schools dare teach Intelligent Design (Creation). Schools are only to be taught Evil. OK, so what do the GOOD folks do? Well, how about pulling their sweet innocents OUT of public schools that are Evil? Why don't they do that? Comments?

The theory of evolution is just that - theory. One can say that creation is also. Right? That's reasonable. So why doesn't the ACLU allow both to be taught and let the child make up their own mind?

Don't give me separation of church and state here. That's a trumped up excuse the ACLU (and others) have wrung the life out of and I'm not buying it. All intelligent people KNOW that those words are NOT IN THE CONSTITUTION and that they were "created" by Evil people for the express agenda going on right now in the courts.

I'll tell you the reason why. The ACLU does NOT WANT ANY COMPETITION. They are afraid of it and the NWO atheists are also. The shredding of the Constitution and the division of the people are all but complete and their Evil agenda moves on.

GOOD vs EVIL. Plain and simple. Ponder it.

So, which side are YOU on? What level? Are YOUR kids in a public school? If so, are you messing with EVIL? Yes, you are, if you consider yourself GOOD. Can you imagine the panic if over half of the kids were removed from the corrupt institution called schools? Wow, I live to see the day that happens.

When our society gets back to GOOD or EVIL being universal fact and quits with all this politically correct garbage we just might be able to function as a peaceful, loving people. Will that ever happen? I personally doubt it however, one can hope.

One can lead a fool to wisdom but one can not make him think...

ACLU Sues to Get Their Way: Spoiled Bunch of Sharks!

When the ACLU wants Montana to jump to its tune, they sue! The ACLU watches and waits and if the people don't voluntarily pay for whatever it is the ACLU wants done and the ACLU isn't busy suing the state over another matter, the ACLU will sue to get their way and they usually win. Everyone wants more money and the ACLU is good at winning it being that the courts are just full of liberal judges. What am I talking about?

Example:

Methamphetamine offenders crowd the jails. Now, it's their choosing to use the dope but the ACLU says it's taxpayers who must pay to house, cloth, feed and medicate them - comfortably - because of course, it's not their fault they got hooked and that they can't stop.

Sometimes one has to wonder - just who is running Montana: Scott Crichton, executive director of the Montana ACLU in Helena or elected officials? Money buys the ACLU and if they don't get their way, they sue. Non elected, self appointed fixers, I call them. They are everywhere. Socialist lawyers, suing up a storm, nationwide. Last year the ACLU in Montana was engrossed in another lawsuit to assure indigent criminal defendants have proper legal representation. Aren't they swell? I guess some officials call them up when they need money from the people, knowing they will most likely get it.

Folks, there HAS to be a better way! Montana doesn't need to be run by the ACLU sharks! I'd sure like a shot at discovering just what that WAY is...

ACLU Spies On Minutemen.

Watching the watchers will be the American Civil Liberties Union, which held the first of several planned trainings for volunteers in an Albuquerque church hall without air-conditioning Wednesday night.

Organizer Ray Ybarra, who spent the month of April observing the Minutemen near Douglas, Ariz., contends the Minutemen are racist vigilantes. The ACLU's observers will head to the border to "make a political statement that we don't agree with the hunting of human beings," he said.

Ybarra said he sees Richardson's announcement as an example of the Minutemen's success in "mainstreaming fear and hatred of immigrants."

Stepping into the border fray over the Minutemen, the El Paso City Council adopted a resolution inviting them to stay out of town. East-Central city Rep. José Alexandro Lozano cast the sole vote against the measure, saying he has spent time with them in Arizona.

"If the law allows them to do their thing, let it be," Lozano said. "We should totally find a way of closing our borders, not only for the sake of illegal immigration, but also for the sake of lives."

Montana doesn't have many abortion clinics
or doctors willing to kill babies. There is however, a movement to change that. Susan Cahill, a physician assistant from Kalispell, has a 20-year record of providing abortions in her community. Ms. Cahill was the subject of a law passed by the Montana legislature, which attempted to make her work illegal. After many skirmishes in both federal and state courts, the Montana Supreme Court ruled that women in Montana have a fundamental right to reproductive freedom and that Susan could continue providing abortions.

There is that liberal expression again - right to reproductive freedom. Who gave women that right? Judges and lawyers, ACLU lawyers. THEY ARE THE KILLERS OF BABIES ALONG WITH THE FEMALES HAVING THEM. There were 2,510 killings in Montana in 2000 by nine providers in only five counties, as 91% of Montana’s counties have no abortion services. The abortion fanatics are working to bring their killing services to Montana even as I type.

Frankly what we need is for our politicians to go even further. We already know who those who intend to “meddle in extremism” in our country are. Almost without exception they are Arab Islamic males between the ages of 17 and 40.

So, until the War on Terrorism is won and the peace is secure, let’s amend the Department of Homeland Security’s Secure Flight plan to not just toss out those who “meddle in extremism” – but to keep them out altogether.

After all, it’s our country … it’s our security … it’s our freedom … and those at risk are ourselves – and our loved ones. We know who the enemy is and where he lives. So, even if it offends the left, let’s just keep him there!

Now we know the awful truth.

Weldon said that Able Danger recommended that its information on Atta, Marwan al-Shehhi, Khalid al-Mihdar and Nawaf al-Hazmi be given to the FBI ‘so they could bring that cell in and take out the terrorists.’ However, because of concerns about pursuing information on ‘U.S. persons’ -- a legal term that includes US citizens as well as foreigners admitted to the country for permanent residence -- Special Operations did not provide the information to the FBI.” AP – August 9, 2005

Now we know that as far back as 1999, the Clinton Administration knew that 9-11 hijackers Atta, Marwan, and the rest of their gang of Arab Islamic terrorists intended to attack America and slaughter thousands.

We know that military spies knew where these grizzly cut-throats were hiding. And we know that our own government prevented our spies from transmitting the message to the FBI to “take out the terrorists.”

So, why didn’t we act?

Well, the bottom line is that we didn’t want to offend the liberal elite and the Arab community by “taking out” the evil spawn of Islamic despots.

That’s all there is to it, except for one thing – one thing that actually makes it even worse: We’re still not doing what needs to be done to take out the trash – and we’re doing even less to keep them out!

And that’s why I’m writing to you today.

You see, right now the liberal politicians in Washington are working hand in velvet glove with the ACLU, the Arab Anti-Defamation League -- and other card-carrying members of the suicidal left -- to once again protect the tender sensibilities of the Arab Islamic community.

Even if it costs us our lives.

This time, their half-baked scheme for “fighting” terrorism (without offending terrorists) is called “Secure Flight.” And they might as well call it “Fright Night.”

Because this time instead of ignoring the clear-cut message to “take out the terrorists,” they’re shunning the equally urgent message to “keep out the terrorists.” Even though, once again, we know who and where they are!

So, how is Secure Flight supposed to work? Well, unless you and I act now to amend this hair-brained scheme, our government will “fight” terrorism not by targeting easily identified Arab Islamic terrorists between the ages of 17 and 40 –who have committed virtually every terrorist act since 9-1. No, they’ll “fight” it by making you, me, and others like us, give out even more background information about our personal lives before we’re allowed to stand in line to get on planes.

That’s right, it’s not enough to make us strip off our shoes, watches, jackets, belts – you name it. Now, they want to know where we got everything, as well. And that, you see, in their minds, will prevent Arab Islamic terrorism.

So, aged women, crippled children, pregnant mothers, fathers with babies in arms – and, ho hum, angry Arab males between the ages of 17 and 40 gingerly toting backpacks -- are all to be treated the same. Just like they are now. And just like they were back on 9/11 – 2,713 Arab terrorist attacks ago!

And, frankly, that’s nuts. So, I have another suggestion. One that I think you will agree could work a whole lot better. How about this? …

How about you and me telling the politicians to amend “Secure Flight” now so that it sends a message to Arab Islamic males between the ages of 17 and 40 -- that’s right, those who have committed virtually every terrorist act in recent history -- not to even think of applying for a Visa to this country.

Because they’re not coming here -- until we have won the War on Terrorism there!

Sound like “profiling”? Probably so. Sound like discrimination? Could be. Sound like a way good, solid, get-tough plan to prevent weak-kneed politicians from continuing to take our country down an insane path towards annihilation -- all in the name of playing warm and fuzzy with infidel-hating Arab despots?

You bet it is. So, let’s get on with it! Or die...

ACLU Obeys NWO Instructions To Destroy American's God

ACLU Founder, Communist Roger Baldwin said,

"I am for socialism, disarmament, and ultimately for abolishing the State itself as an instrument of violence and compulsion. I seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal. Civil liberties, like democracy, are useful only as tools for social change.”

Roger Nash Baldwin left behind an institution that is fundamentally un-American and subversive to the principles upon which America was founded.

I've often wonder why THE AMERICAN PEOPLE continue to allow card carrying communists to make laws in our courts, serve in Congress and have offices nationwide. The lawyers and workers that inhabit the force of the ACLU have not changed their agenda since Baldwin, they have only intensified it. These self-appointed sharks are severing the soul of America, one victim at a time, nationwide, over and over.

Years of investigation have convinced me that this group of communists must be stopped!

The ACLU'S destruction of America's Boy Scouts is one way they are removing God from our country's established organizations. It's a well orchestrated movement, a war, and anything Godly will be destroyed systematically and completely.

Montana has always been proud of our Boy Scouts. I am watching for an ACLU shark attack and I will be all over them, personally. My message to the ACLU concerning Montana Scouts is - DON'T TREAD ON OUR SCOUTS!

The ''Support Our Scouts Act of 2005" would protect the organization from attacks by the American Civil Liberties Union and other groups challenging federal support for the BSA because the organization administers a religious oath and prohibits homosexuals as scout masters. Everyone who loves freedom and the Boy Scouts should be calling their senators about this bill.

The ACLU is hell-bent on destroying God in America and is using the Boy Scouts and other Christian traditions to get the job done. The scouts are victims not because they "do anything bad" but because, and ONLY because, the scouts - BELIEVE IN GOD, SAY SO and won't back down to the ACLU. Thus, the scouts have become a target!

What the ACLU uses against the scouts is that the scouts won't let anyone "in" who doesn't profess their belief in GOD. Isn't THAT a civil right, a freedom of speech and religion issue. Well, isn't THAT exactly what the ACLU professes everyone has a right to? To the ACLU, NO, IT ISN'T - in this case, not giving atheists and homosexuals admittance is what the ACLU fights for, with any tactic they have at their considerable command.

Using the separation of church and state excuse is a farce and they know it. They use it because no one stops them from using it. When someone does question the church vs. state issue in courts the liberal judges always backs up the ACLU. If you aren't in lock step with the ACLU'S way of thinking, you are NOT ALLOWED civil rights in America, period!

Most educated people know that separation of church and state is a joke. The expression is not mentioned in our Constitution. The expression exists only in the corrupt minds of the ACLU and their ilk. They MADE IT UP (as in interpretation) to fit their agenda to get rid of our Christian God. Not the Muslim god, the Wicca goddess or any other god/ess, just the Christian God.

Why? Because they KNOW that they will never FULLY incorporate their Master's (NWO) Agenda 21 movement while there is a Christian GOD allowed to function openly in America. Christians must be silenced!

Don't forget - these are atheist communists we are dealing with. They HAVE NO GOD BUT SATAN. Evil is the absence of God and there is plenty of evil within the ACLU camps.

What's the REAL reason behind their madness:

The ACLU (Anti-Christian Liberties Union) have their orders from the New World Order elites to rid America of Christianity. First in government, then all through society. They have their collective noses in every part of our lives. They have a huge money base - all minority special interest groups, Hollywood, politicians, world NWO leaders and George Soros. These lawyers have parties when they pull off a court win. They revel in the fact that they are destroying one of the finest organizations that ever existed for America's young. What better way to rid America of morals than to find a way to kill the scouts?

They get big bucks from political special interest groups for every court win and they report to their NWO superiors that they accomplished another change in the laws, (another win for Satan). They, themselves are nothing but a special interest group. If they weren't backed by hundreds of millions of dollars from lefties with the same goal, they wouldn't have power.

How the corrupt courts give aid to the enemy:

They’ve successfully sued the Pentagon claiming violation of separation of church and state by sponsoring a group (Boy Scouts) that REQUIRES A BELIEF IN GOD FOR MEMBERSHIP. The Pentagon settled this lawsuit (11/15/2004) and is issuing warnings to military bases around the world to not directly sponsor Boy Scout troops!

Montana's Senator Conrad Burns wrote a letter to Secretary Rumsfeld on November 17th, 2004. It is typical of the Republican way of thinking in Montana. He states, and I concur, that:

"I may not be a legal scholar, but I have read the constitution once or twice, and the ACLU argument that the Department of Defense’s chartering of Boy Scout Troops, Cub Scout Packs and Venture Posts was a violation of the First Amendment’s ‘separation of church and state’ is hogwash."

If there is “overwhelming and uncontradicted evidence” for the presence of God in the life of a Boy Scout, there is evidence of a similar nature for God’s role in the public square on Main Street USA. Religious mottoes and preambles and texts were not an afterthought to the people who wrote them. “In God We Trust.” “Endowed by their Creator.” “One Nation Under God.” The ACLU is working to get rid of those things too. There is “overwhelming and uncontradicted evidence” that the ACLU is destroying America, one Boy Scout camp at a time.

In Montana, as per their web site (which I will investigate for accuracy) the ACLU gives the staff as: Scott Crichton - Executive Director, Janet S. Bartlett - Intake Coordinator, Dana Chapman - Administrative Assistant.

The site states their mission is to defend, preserve, and advance civil liberties. Their vision for the future embraces the equal enjoyment of civil liberties and civil rights for all Montanans.

Sounds good, right? Well, don't believe that fluff. These socialists don't give a hoot about our Constitution. Being the sharks they are with words, they would have us believe they are "all American boys and girls". In reality they are COMMUNISTS taking over America by playing the game as IF they were Americans. They screw with the Constitution, Bill of Rights and anything else they choose to screw with to get the JOB done. They will judicially kill anything that gets in their way - ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, SOONER OR LATER.

Every page asks for money to "help keep Americans free" - would that we could be free of their selective profiling and discrimination.

Civil liberties deals primarily with those constitutional amendment that give Americans the right to freedom of religion, speech, to peaceably assemble, to carry arms, to be free of discrimination, and the rights to be free of search or seizures without probable cause.

The ACLU has made their ultimate "cause" destroying America by forbidding any and all references to God by making such illegal and they use groups of people who don't believe in God as the tools to achieve their hellish goal. For their devious plan to work, the ACLU CAN NOT give Christians the same rights as they do that part of society they get paid to represent - you know, like abortionists, killers, NAMBLA, terrorists, rappers, gang members, child molesters. Such as are the inhabitants of the coming hell.

Let me tell you something. The ACLU is imposing their political agendas on us through the courts. We are watching the ongoing corruption by the communists of the judicial system now. They WANT far left, liberal, socialist judges on the bench - all benches - from the US Supreme Court to the small city court and they don't miss an empty bench! The ACLU wants to be able to walk in any courtroom in America and WIN. What a laugh they get knowing all we can do is send letters to local newspapers, television stations and radio stations and voice our protests while they march right into a corrupt courtroom and GET THEIR WAY making laws to destroy yet another American tradition, value or human life. Hey, they plan all this very carefully and it's working!

Do you believe the ACLU defends the freedoms of all people? Of course not. They defend the freedoms of people who THE ACLU SAYS IS BEHAVING CORRECTLY. People exercising free speech on publicly owned property had better be talking on a subject approved by the ACLU or they will be sued. Now, is THAT real freedom of speech? No, it is not. It is profiling and discrimination against those Americans who are not in lock step with the ACLU. Every city has an office of the ACLU. They have their orders and all walk in lock step to get it done. What are the AMERICAN PEOPLE, who are supposed to be the government, doing about that?

Again, if you believe in GOD, you do not behave as you should and you will be sued by the ACLU to bring you in line with the COMMUNIST lifestyle. That is what the ACLU does - legally force Americans to submit to Communism. They have taken the power from the people, exploited and expanded it and they are winning cases nationwide. THAT IS THEIR NWO JOB. If you think they are not paid well by the worldwide socialist elite, you are wrong. Their deep pockets reach to hell.

In closing, I firmly believe that if the American people do not rise up against the movement of the ACLU, we will lose all freedoms and rights as we have known them. We must discover how to unite and fight these lawyers which I call - Satan's Army. Our children, loved ones, soldiers, country and our God expect and deserve no less.
